Drukair Airport Check-In

The airport check-in opens two hours before the scheduled flight departure and all the counters will close 40 minutes prior to scheduled departure of the flight. However, check-in counters in Delhi, Kathmandu, and Kolkata will close one hour prior to scheduled flight departure.

Drukair Baggage Allowance

The free baggage allowances on scheduled international flights are as follows:

Business class: 40 kg (68 pounds)

Economy class: 30 kg (44 pounds)

Infants: Infants paying only 10% of the applicable air fare are not entitled to any free baggage allowance.

Unchecked Baggage/Cabin Baggage

The passengers are allowed to carry 45 + 35 + 20 cm (17 + 13 +8 inches) of cabin baggage on board. The weight must not exceed 5 kg (11 pounds).

Passengers can now enjoy the well-balanced cuisine, both in Economy & Business Class. All meals served onboard are complimentary. The airline offers a wide selection of meals for customers in Business class where they will be presented with their own meal and bar menu. Drukair offers a wide selection of special meals to cater to different dietary requirements.

Note: Travelers who want to taste Bhutanese cuisine can now order Bhutanese dish under special meal prior to their flight departure. The airline requests its passengers to order special meals before 72 hours.
